The aim
These Community Guidelines are here to help you understand what it means to be a member of Playgreen. Some DOs? and DON'Ts to remember while using Playgreen:
Dos
- Play nice
We're a community of many types of people, who all have the right to feel comfortable and who may not think what you think, believe what you believe or see what you see. So, be polite and respectful in your editing and interactions with other members. - Play fair
Respect the copyright of others. This means avoid copy-pasting contents that other people have created and pass them off as your own. Prefer contents under an open source license(approve sites) or Creative Commons license. Include owners' name and be sure they're not restricted to paid redistribution. And yes, this concerns images, sounds and videos. - Link back
All the Playgreen contents are under a Creative Commons license. This means you can copy, modify, and redistribute them as you want. However, it would be very nice if you link back to Playgreen.org each time you take some contents out of it. - Enjoy Playgreen
Playgreen is your playground. Read other contributions, participate, suggest improvements, find your writer mate, and expand your horizons!
DON'Ts
- Steal others' contents
This includes other people's writings, essays, photographs and/or stuff that you've collected from around the Internet. Others will give you back this mark of respect. And you could brag you've done an impressive job all by yourself. - Use Playgreen for commercial purposes
Playgreen isn't a commercial website. If you use it as a tribune for your products, services or yourself through your contributions, there are many other places to do so. Any other commercial use of Playgreen, Playgreen developments (including APIs?, modules, etc), or Playgreen accounts must be approved by Playgreen. If you have other open questions about commercial usage of Playgreen, please feel free to contact us. - Vent your frustrations, rant or bore the brains out of other members
Playgreen is not a venue for to you harass, abuse, impersonate, or intimidate others. If we receive a valid complaint about your conduct, we will send you a warning or be banned from the community.
Copyright Infringement
If you see your contents published here, don't panic. This is probably just a not malicious misunderstanding. A good first step is to contact us, provide us the proof of your ownership. and we'll remove the copyrighted part. We'll do it although we deeply think information should be freely accessible to all, and would like you to include them under an open source license.
In Conclusion
We don't want these parameters to be a downer and we want everyone to have a good time. If you don't feel that you can abide by our Community Guidelines as outlined above, we're listening to you, help us help you enhance those rules. So nobody would be feel isolated and keep enjoying the web site.
